Barbecued BBQ Liver Boti


Ingredients 

A.     Liver (kaleji), cut into cubes 250 g
B. Ginger (adrak) paste 1 tbsp
C. Garlic (tasari) paste 1 tsp
D. Onion paste 1 tsp
E. Yoghurt (dahi) 2 tbsp
F. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
G. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
H. Cumin (jeera) powder 1/2 tsp
I. Green coriander (chopped) 2 tsp
J. Turmeric (haldi) powder 1/2 tsp
K. Carom (ajwain) seeds 1/2 tsp
L. Dry fenugreek (powder) 1 tsp
M. Salt to taste
N. Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
O. Vegetable oil for basting

Method:

A.   Rub ginger, garlic, and onion glues on the liver 3D squares and put aside for 60 minutes
B.   Mix the rest of the fixings (aside from oil/margarine for seasoning) with the yogurt        and coat the liver solid shapes.
C.   Leave to marinate for no less than 2 hours.
D.   Preheat stove to 150°C (300°F).
E.   Thread the 3D shapes tenderly onto the sticks.
F.    Roast/flame broil/prepare till half done (10 minutes).
G.   Drain the overabundance marinade, treat once and broil again for 4 – 5 minutes till        cooked through.

H.   Serve on the double, joined by plate of mixed greens.
